Is this a good breakfast for body building?

1 cup cooked oats in fat free milk, 1tbsp raisin, 1/2 apple and 1/2 tbsp natural PB?
Or do I need more or something else. Dont say eggs or meat, i dont have that readily available or often available in my house

    Sounds like a good breakfast to me. Lots of fiber & protein.

    For bodybuilding you need a lot of protein. Find another source if you can’t have eggs.
