Recipe for lower fat alfredo sauce to serve with chicken, pasta, spinach?

I have fat free half & half, parmesean (and some parm/romano) cheese, flour, garlic, just need a good recipe to serve approx 6. I can’t seem to get the measurements right. Also, what is the “right” way to cook chicken breasts for this? Bake or in a pan? Thanks!!!

do you think i can use fat free milk to make alfredo sauce?

the recipe i’m using (which i’ve never used before) calls for:
1/4c butter
8oz cream cheese
1tsp garlic powder
1c milk
3oz parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp pepper.

since it doesnt say what kind of milk, and i only have fat free milk at home, do you think it will work? i’m trying to figure out what to make myself for dinner since my only getting home around 8pm, my husband is working until 10pm and i dont really know how to cook. and i cant get to the store today so i cant buy anything else
