1 cup cooked oats in fat free milk, 1tbsp raisin, 1/2 apple and 1/2 tbsp natural PB?
Or do I need more or something else. Dont say eggs or meat, i dont have that readily available or often available in my house

Alright:
Get Diced Potatoes, Spray Fat-Free Cooking No Stick Spray on the pan, spray them with fat free butter and put a dash of pepper on them
Bake them in the oven!
